The Schneider Company Represents Cree, Inc.
The Schneider Company is pleased to announce an agreement to represent Cree, Inc., a major innovator of LED lighting. Cree’s products lead the LED revolution making traditional lighting technologies obsolete.
Cree’s latest product, the KR Series downlight, continues the above mantra by going head-to-head with the initial cost of fluorescent downlights. The KR is 35% more efficient than fluorescents and is intended to replace 18 and 26 watt fluorescent downlights. The KR features Cree’s TrueWhite® Technology and is available in 2700K, 3000K, and 3500K, all with 90 CRI. The KR has a five year warranty and is designed for at least 50,000 hours.

H.E. Williams, Inc.
The Schneider Company represents H.E. Williams, Inc., an innovative lighting solutions industry leader for over 80 years, designs and manufactures commercial and industrial indoor and outdoor lighting products. Based in Carthage, MO, Williams utilizes the latest in design software, CNC fabrication and computer integrated progressive tooling to produce superior lighting solutions combined with unmatched personal service. All Williams fluorescent products are manufactured from unpainted steel and then entirely post painted with a powder coat finish.
Infinity Lighting, a brand of H.E. Williams, Inc. produces a specification grade downlight and surface mounted light fixtures. Infinity also specializes in induction lamp technology which offers 100,000 lamp life. H.E. Williams is proud that all their products are made in the USA.
Controls/Energy Division
The Controls/Energy Division offers concentrated support for energy efficient lighting controls, dimming systems,and integration with building automation systems. This group focuses on lighting control systems in conjunction with our super efficient lighting fixtures.
Scott Buck brings to this group extensive experience in the various systems described above. He is a factory trained Watt Stopper specialist and is authorized as the WattStopper commissioning agent for South Carolina. He is based in our Greenville office and is assisted by Mike Hartman who functions as the inside controls specialist providing quotations and customer support.
To provide additional support, we have seven staff members, located in the Greenville and Columbia offices, with extensive training in lighting control systems.
Toy Belcher, formally an Electrical Project Manager and independent consultant with over 40 years experience in the Architectural/Engineering community provides energy management support. His experience includes the design of lighting and control systems for virtually every type project and the design and implementation of Building Management Systems and integration with lighting control systems. He stays current with the ever changing energy codes and energy saving technologies.
With our experience we can assist you developing practical and economical solutions for any project you may encounter. Additionally, we can support you in complying with ever changing energy code requirements, help in attaining necessary LEED points for your projects, or simply, reducing your utility bills.
AIA/CES, GBCI CMP Registered Programs
Did you know The Schneider Company is authorized to conduct a number of interesting and informative AIA/CES, GBCI CMP, and PDH registered presentations?
We would be happy to offer the presentations in your office at your convenience and at no charge. We also are available for AIA, USGBC, and other professional organization meetings throughout the state.
To date, our presenter, Toy Belcher, has provided over 1000 continuing education and professional development hours to AIA and USGBC chapters, architects and engineers.
